V-Tennis Website: Terms and Conditions

Any information set out in the members' areas is intended for V-Tennis members only. Such information may be used solely for purposes of tennis at V-Tennis. This can be either social or competitive tennis.

Under no circumstances may any member's details be disclosed to a non-member.

You have the right to remove your contact details from the V-Tennis Website at any time. This can be done by changing your profile on the V-Tennis Website. If you do not wish to have your name displayed on the V-Tennis Website or on the V-Tennis ladders, please e-mail or telephone the V-Tennis team.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree not to give either your V-Tennis Website username or password to another person and you also agree not to distribute a list of members and/or their details to any other person.

Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in termination of V-Tennis membership and could place you in breach of data protection legislation. The success of the V-Tennis Website depends upon members' privacy being respected at all times.
